I had a last minute clean out situation recently that put me on a very tight timeline. I called several companies who either didn’t get back to me or couldn’t get me two large construction dumpsters by the next morning. I took a chance with Omni after speaking with the owner, and Andrew promised to deliver. They showed up at 7am and hauled away the following afternoon. Prices were also competitive. I appreciate a company with reasonable pricing that shows up on time. Seems to be getting harder to find. I saved money by being done with the site clean up a day early thanks to Omni. I recommend their services.

How long am I allowed to keep the dumpster?

Our standard rental typically includes up to 7 days. If your project runs longer or experiences delays, we’re often able to extend the rental period—just let us know ahead of time so we can manage scheduling accordingly.

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster in Hilton Head?

Often yes, depending on where the dumpster sits:

If it’s placed entirely on private property (your driveway, a construction site lot, etc.), usually no permit is required.
However, if the dumpster needs to sit on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, Hilton Head or Beaufort County rules may require a permit or approval.
Because Hilton Head is in a sensitive coastal and resort zone, there may be additional permitting or aesthetic constraints (e.g. sight line, obscuring views) depending on local ordinances.

What is the weight limit, and are there overage fees?

Each dumpster size includes a weight allowance. If you exceed that allowance, additional fees may apply. We’ll communicate the weight limit and possible overage charges when quoting your job, so you know what to expect.
